Having a computer problem. Please help!

I don't know how it happened but my laptop just started giving me trouble. I can't run amy programs from the CD drive that are allready installed i.e. games ect. and at the same time my wireless internet card stopped working alltogether. I know the wireless system is working but my laptop can't find any networks. I think something changed a setting but what do I do? I tried goback but that didn't help. I ran System works and an Antivirus but still nothing. I did uninnstall an Adwhere progrom then I noticed the problem. Any advice??/

Try going into Device Manager, uninstall the drivers for the problem hardware then reboot.
