I have a 8mb wmv file that I would like to play in a standalone. It downloads it's license each time I want to play it and that is fine, I don't mind but I would like to convert it to a vob and neither tmpgenc nor divxtodvd nor avi2dvd will open it.

Would anyone of the fine folks here know of a method or procedure?
