PS2 DVD9 BURN HELP! WHY DOES IT STOP

Hello People. I have a question regaurding this DVD9 SH!T. (xkuze my french) I have recently tried backing up Midinght Club:DUB Edition Remix Which something like 7.5 GB. Now I have a Sony burner which burns DL dvds and everything else.I have burnt the game and popped it into my playstation, but became confused when it only showed the PlayStation2 Logo and then nothing happened. I burned it 2x more but same problem.I burned it with Nero and also with DVD Decrypter.I dont know whether its the DVD (i used Memorex,Which I heard sux a$$,but didnt know that until after)or the mod chip.I am not sure what mod i have. But im pretty sure its not that because if it was I dont think it would read the disc at all and tell me to insert a ps2 formaqt disc. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Alot of PS2 have troubling reading DL games but try a better media for a DL game

hi i ve problems with god of war burned it verbatim dl DVD+R wasted two discs already and dont want to work on my ps2q slimline. used: decrypter, Nero and swap magic 3. Does anybody has an idea what i do wron, i heard though that ps2 has a problem with reading DVD+R but on the market dont exist DVD-R DL.

swap magic doeasn't support Dual layer disc.
