BackitUp can not restore an incremental backup

Using the latest BackitUp on Nero 7 I cannot restore files from any of my incremental backups. I'm placing all my backups on a USB2 connected drive. (Nero doesn't respond to my emails for techsupport, been over a week now)

I can reproduce this problems as follows:

Make a "full" backup of a test directory. Call the backup "blahblah"

Change one of the files in the directory

Make an "incremental" backup of the directory by right clicking on the backup made in the previous step and selecting Backup->Incremental

After this backup is complete it's listed under the first backup, indented to the right and an arrow connects the first backup with this incremental backup. It's name is listed as "blahblahInc1"

I then right click on the incremental backup which has the "blahblahInc1" name and select restore.
I go through the screens to pick a file to restore and here's where the trouble begins. I get a dialog that states, "Please specify the new location of the backup ...". I select the directory that has that backup, hit OK and it loops back to the same dialog box again. This goes on forever unless I cancel.

I do not have any problem restoring files from the original "full" backup. Just the "incremental" backup.
