Ok I got the FTP to work using FlashFXP and copied all my files to my CP. I installed my new 120G HD in my Xbox and when started it i t say it needs service:Error 13. I checked on trhe error code but im not sure how the description i read was relavent to my problem. I made a disc with my files also and put in my xbox but it didn't work. I also tried to FTP it so i could put the files on the new HD.

to upgrade the hdd you have to use xbox HDM(hard drive manager) you just cant throw a new one in there....you have to back up your eeprom,C Drive and E Drive and use xboxHDM to make a bootable iso for the pc......
