NTSC to pal - converting my iso files, is it possible?

I apologize if this has been asked before but I cant find it on the forums. I'm a complete noob and I was wondering is it possible to change my NTSC iso game files to PAL. The reason i want to do this is to use my Action Replay Max on my hdd games bt the majority of my games on my hard drive are NTSC. Thanks in advance.

the ntsc2pal software just changes the screen size and colour to work on a PAL tv thats all (as far as i know.
