Hi all i have finished d/l a film it plays fine on media classic,, i have tried to install dvd santa only to be told i have another dvd burning program running to inatall it the error message is saying that sonic dla,,hph dla and veritas dla are installed but when i go into add/remove programs there is nothing there... please help me
