HELP with Azureus Setup

Im new and I just got Azureus. I'm trying to set it up with the wizard. It says that i can't get a good port because of an NAT error. I am running Windows Xp and I have Mcaffee virus scan and a netgear router if it helps.

you need to forward a port to use for NAT w/ your router

http://www.portforward.com/english/applications/port_forwarding/A... here is a link to a site that can assist you in forwarding your port, theres a list of walkthroughs that are router specific hope this helps you out, you may also want to look into what ports do what i searched google when i tried and found a list of used ports for miscellaneuos programs it was not very useful info but shed light on why half the ports i tried did not work :-P (BTW i'm using port 48165 theres upto 65000 i believe have fun)
