burning hidden tracks

so im trying to make a mix cd for a girl...and i want to include a hidden track.
ive been reading online and all i read is stuff about CUE sheets and im pretty lost on those.
if any of u have a guide to this or are willing to help it would be really appreciated.

Possibly the easiest way to do this - especially if you don't want someone to be able to go right to it, is to add in an amount of silence after the last track, and drop the "hidden2 one in after this.
(I am assuming CD here)

So you would take your final track, add say 5 minutes of silence to the end, then add the hidden track.
