this game freezes every time without finishing a game, there must be a serious bug in the software. anyone else experiencing this?

I rented this game but did not have the freezing up problem. Are you sure you xbox is not over heating?

i found that website before and the temporary fix isn't working either..
i will hold on to the game for a week and if the patch isn't released by then i will return it, its pretty ridiculous to spend $60 on a game and it wasn't tested for glitches.. thanks for responding guys , i do appreciate your advice
