gt4 freezes after polyphony screen while loading

i have rebuilt GT4 in accordance to the instructions like 10 different times using all different guides posted here and also the sonix tutorial.Done it all the possible ways with different versions of progs.I get the same issue on every time.I use messiah 3.2 magic KA5 mod chip.Every time it starts ok till I get the GT4 disclaimer, then the Sony screen and then the little disk at the top right of the screen (including sound) flashing as if the GT4 game is loading and then nothing....... It seems to get stuck..wasted more than 10 discs on it and i really want to get it working.im not giving up......anyone having this problem..any suggestions or solutions for this plssssssss.........

Any tips???????????
