Needless to say I have spyware. Whenever I open IE(ugh) it takes me to some bogus security site and it says that "Your private info is collected by W32.Sinnaka.A@mm" I was searching on the internet and found out that Hijack This is hot on the streets, but I don't know what to make of this log. If anybody can help That would be great, because I just wiped my hard drive last week and don't want to go through that again.

Download SmitfraudFix.zip to your desktop -> http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip
Unzip it (folder named SmitFraudFix) to your desktop:
Boot your computer to SAFEMODE.
Open the folder SmitfraudFix and doubleclick smitfraudfix.cmd
Choose option #2 - Clean by typing 2 and pressing "Enter" in order to remove the infected files.
You are asked: "Registry cleaning - Do you want to clean the registry ?"; answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter" in order to remove your desktop wallpaper and the infected registry keys.
The tool checks if wininet.dll file is infected. You might be asked to replace the infected .dll (if found); answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter".
The tool might have to restart your computer; if it won't do it, restart your computer back to normal mode.
A textfile will appear after the cleaning process, copy this file and paste it to here.
Tha log is saved to your local diskdrive, usually C:\rapport.txt.

I think your computer is clen now, but ensure that, you can load, assemble and update Ewido. Scan complete system scan in Safe mode.

Hi Schwaber, You have newnet infection.
Cleaning instructions:
Donwload LSPFix -> http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm to your desktop.
Don't run this program yet. This program is used only if you lost your internet connection during the cleaning.
Go to Control Panel -> Add or remove programs -> Remove if found New.Net or NewDotNet and BPS Security
--->IF New.Net or NewDotNet ain't listed in add/or remove programs, do this<---
1.Un-plug your internet cable.
2.Disable your antispyware and antivirus
3.Download NNuninstall to your desktop http://www.new.net/support/NNuninstall.exe
4.Run NNuninstall.exe file.
->It asks if you want to remove New.Net
->Click Yes.
->When it is done click OK.
->Restart your computer
5.Restart your antivirus
6.Plug your internet cable back.
7.Empty the recycle bin.
(IF you lost your internet connection during the new.net removal, doubleclik LSPFix.exe. Check "I know what I'm doing" option.You see two panels; If something is listed in "Remove" panel on the right side, leave it there and press "Finish>>". Then restart your computer and the connection should work. If nothing is listed in "Remove" panel, DO NOTHING, close LSPFix. Go to some different machine to get help. (This is just a precaution. Usually the internet connection stays ok ;) )
After reboot scan hijack this and send fresh log so we can remove rest bad lines.

wow, well said. But right now, my computer seems ok. Can you explain more what this newnet infection is? what does it do and will it damage your computer badly??? Does it have to do anything about downloading something from utorrent and then after an hour your internet connection crash? I mean is this newnet infection does??
By the way this is what I found in my add/remove programs-- New.net Domains 7.22 thats basically it.

Will it affect my computer in a long run? Sorry to bother you again. I just read the link and its too much for me! ahah, specialy am not good at situation like this. Hope you understand. Thanks for the thought though. Really big! =P

It's possible to get another time. but if you are carefully and dont install every programs to computer. You can avoid it.

So, when you are in the internet, accours some Advertisement "download this... " Dont download if you are not sure what it consist.

ohhh. lol. yep, thanks for the advice! Anyway, I donwnload stuff form a pop up window =P So if I basically do this my computer is safe even though I have this virus?

lol. sorry for the mistake. What I meant was that I don't download stuff form pop-ups. I didn't do anything though. So now its clean?

Yes your last logs are clean. That I mean: Those malvares as Newnet spreads by downloading staff from advertising popups. Of course every popup adverts are not bad.

oh, sorry my mistake. After you have remove Newnet reboot your computer and send fresh HijackThis log.
