Here is log .the last one on the log i cant get rid of it (zone labs)
i dont use it AND its blocking my avg and others.how could i get i get rid of it thanks ..............

You did that by going controll panel > Add/or remove programs right...its quite simple to get rid of programs, if Zone Alarm was "blocking AVG" all you had to do was go program controll and unblock it in ZA.
Ah well, lets look at your log..
First of all your running HJT from the temp, please move it into its own folder
Heres how:
Right Click START
Choose "Explore"
Pull up vertical slide bar to view the Local Disk (C:) icon.
Double left click on the C: drive entry
In the right hand Window right button click in an open area
When the menu appears left click on New
And slide on over into the adjacent popup menu and left button click on Folder.
Now you have a New Folder blinking...
immediately type over the letters with your new folder name HJT.
DONE!!
Then do as you did before and post your log.
