What's the best or a few of the best DVD to mpeg rippers?

In the past for my work, we use Macs at the office, so I've been using Handbrake:

To rip DVDs to mp4, great tool has always done the trick quite nice. They have a an experimental build for Windows, but I'm not up for this, since this is work and I need to make sure it works properly.

Does anyone know of a few of the best apps out there for ripping DVDs to mp4 or mpeg, freeware preferably.

Actually I need something that will rip from the DVD to mp4 and have it ready to stream with "Hints" for playing online.

Right now what I've doing is ripping the DVD with PSP Video 9 which makes a great copy, but then it's not streamed.

If I put it into Quicktime Pro to add in the streams, it kills the quality, so I need a way to just add in the streams or find some app that does it all in one shot.
