Converting DTS to MP3! Without Static!

Dear Members,

I have gone in circles, for along time trying to find a way to Convert DTS Audio to MP3!

I have been successful in converting .dts to .mp3! BUT I still hear static in my speakers!

I know how .dts works! I have heard the sound in my Surround Sound! And it works perfectly fine there! It's just that when i convert it from .dts to .mp3 i hear static!

I used Foobar to Convert! and i was unsuccesfull because i continue to hear the static!

Can someone PLEASE HELP ME!
