my girlfriend's boat has barnacles on the side and bottom as it hasn't been out of the water in 2yrs..; it hasn't got an anchor to tie to anyone but the kitten is about 6pounds or 6kilos so can use him as a weight but he's fallen in enough times to know he's safe to get back out again
