I would like to block uploads but allow downloads in BitComet because I have an upload limit by my isp...how can I do this using ZoneAlarm?

AFAIK you can't do it using ZA, but you CAN do it using BC.

However, I won't tell you how to do it, for the same reason Fiend there just said. If you want to do it badly enough, you'll figure it out. It is labeled pretty well.
