If anyone solves this problem I will be amazed.
Ok heres my situation.

I want to convert my Film i have made to DVD format using WINAVI. Theres something wrong when i convert it though, it will convert sucessfully, but when i play it in my DVD player, some of the scenes will show the pictures before the music even appears. Also the music sometimes doesnt go with the right scenes so its the timing thats a bit wrong.

I dont get it as it works fine when i dont convert it, so its something to do with the converting.

I really do need help and i would be very grateful if anyone can help me. Im really begging here, please help me if you know the answer.

Many Thanks for your time.

There are two things that you may try:

1) Check and correct any video or audio errors of the original movie clip with e.g. AviFixed, but be sure to back up the movie clip first 'cos it might backfire:

2) Encode with e.g. VSO ConvertXtoDVD which has certain built-in capacity to re-sync. when error occurs.

Good luck!

The file format of my film is in 'Windows Media(TM)video file'

Could this also be the problem?

Maybe you can select "PAL" for the target format, and you can email to support@winavi.com to get help.
Btw,the WinAVI have new version, you can upgrade for a try.
