Ok here is whats going on, i have a copy of gameshark version 4. it used to work fine but for some reason it is not woking right anymore. I have a slim ps2 this is what i do, Run swap magic 3.6 cd version, load gameshark, pick codes for game of choice then start game, swap for swap magic 3.6 dvd and load, insert backup of game and press x. then what it does now is goes right to the memory card manager reads the dvd and says its not an official game disc. anyone have any ideas what i am doing wrong.
