hi ive just started using tl i can d/l at 120kb with unlimted but with u/l set to unlimted im only sending 5-15kb so i cant get a good raito in the rules it say when i hit 5 gigs i must have 0.4

ive only 0.151 im asuming thats bad or am i wrong how can i make it u/l faster

Be sure that you haven't set your u/l speed to be limited (ie, should be unlimited like your d/l speed) and check other tweaking options as listed for your application.

Other than that, your u/l speed is limited by your internet service provide. So if you have cable internet and you have a 3Mb d/l speed but only a 56Kb u/l speed, you're going to notice significant diffs.

Download a brand new torrent, one that has little seeders and a lot of leechers and let it go for as much hours as you can. Its tough at first, but youll be able to get over a .4 in no time.

im doing ok ive got it up 2 0.500 ive dl about 4 gig and ul about 2 so just have to be careful im basiclly doing what you said im seeding the wild which seem to be very popular so should be able to keep it about .4 easly as long as im careful thanks for your help

well worth the hassle i normally use emule and get stuck at the back of queue with crap speeds

On sites like TL and some others your download speed will blow away your upload speed. What some do is throttle back their download speed so the torrent ratio doesn't get so far out of whack. Or create a cushion so you can get it right away and then slowly seed back.
