I've used PeerGuardian for a while, but after learning that it only blocks a list of IPs, I've been trying to figure out how to get my comp to hide my IP from a certain site. Let's suppose there's a site which allows only one account per IP. I need to create 2 accounts on 1 IP and I need to find out how to block that site from being able to see my IP so I can do it. What program should I use?
