DVD Ripping BY TIME

I would like to use a DVD ripping program that will allow me to rip "by time" rather than by chapter (which most and my current ripping program offers).

Does anyone out there know of a terrific program that rips by time. I want to make a collage of my favourite scenes in my movie collection and I don't need chapters. I only need times. Is this possible?

No doubt it is possible. http://www.dvd-ripping.biz/dvd-ripper-platinum-guides.html
Set "Start time" and "Duration" on the right panel. For example, if you want a 3-minute-clip from the 10 minutes of the whole movie, please enter "00:10:00" for "Start Time" and "00:03:00" for "Duration".

some sites have many dvd ripper software.i remember imtoo.com,xilisoft.com and cucusoft site ect.
you find better software.

I think Wondershare DVD to iPod Ripper do fit for you.
It can rip dvd.
Additional, it support both rip by time and rip by chapter.
You can set the start point and end point freely.
