first of all ....... please use the edit button and take out your Nero ID # ... it starts with 1a23! You don't want anyone else to use it, do you? Then I would take out InCd as it always raises havoc with DVD burning! then try again. If you have Nero 7 then you should have Nero ProductSetup(in the TOOLKIT area). This will help you uninstall InCD! do it! and you'll be surprise how well everything works.
also there is a newer version of Nero Recode: 2.2.7.6 ---update would help, too.

I can't tell which Disney movie your doing but a lot of Disney's have Ripguard which even w/ AnyDVD running Recode can't handle.
Now we may have good news if this is the case. AnyDVD was updated today and one of the fixes was : Fix: Error with Nero Recode and Macrovision RipGuard protected DVDs
Update AnyDVD 5.9.7.5 and see if it works.
If not then try Shrink w/ AnyDVD.
Let us know how this turns out along with IHoe suggestions.

binkie..... I noticed: Direct Burning: True does this mean burning on the fly, burn at once? I don't like doing that either. too many chances of mistakes by software and producing coaster!

@IHoe
Don't know about that one. I can only tell if it says something like 'burn on the fly'. Txs for posting the links & guides for Shrink!

@keyes777
Which movie is it?
Shrink is very much like Recode (same developer)and will use Nero to burn. But since you have 6.6.1.4 this version of Nero broke the auto connection. So you can just save the file to your hard drive then open Nero to burn. Or go down a version to 6.6.0.18. Uninstall the current version, run the clean tool and reinstall package 1 and 2. AnyDVD should have no problem with Narnia ..... just use it to rip to the hard drive then load the files in Recode and do it that way! should be no problem!

As advised the version of Nero6 you are using is full of bugs,uninstall it and then run this clean tool http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/en/Clean_Tools.html it will remove all traces of the buggy version.
Then install this older bug free version from either of these links

Well Chronicles has the Ripguard junk on it. So I guess AnyDVD's latest update still doesn't fix this issue w/ Recode. The ripper in AnyDVD might but I don't know - it's worth a shot.
Shrink and AnyDVD will definitely work though.

Glad it worked out! Txs for letting us know!
Too bad the latest update didn't help w/ Recode. Until they finally get it fixed you can set AnyDVD to 'show information on new media' in settings>program tab. If you see the disc has Ripguard or Sony ARccOS (another copy protection that gives Recode a problem) just use Shrink instead.
