Help With the Cucusoft Software

Hi all,

im using the cucusoft software for converting my avi files to a DVD file.
the problem is that sometimes, at some avi movies, the software just stuck at the middle of the conversion, and its always stuck at the same spot.
after doing some tests, i found out that its happening only with a certain avi files.

ill give an example: i was trying to merge 5 avi files but it was always stuck at 3 percent. after removing the 1st file from the merging list, the conversion went fine, so i found out that this perticular file was the problem.
The thing is that this file is not that different that the other 4 files. and its not a codec problem coz i have all the necessary codecs installed.

anyone knows this problem and can suggest any solution?
