I live in the Dominican Republic, but so that I would have a phone when in the US, I bought an unlocked Nokia 6010 on eBay and plan to use Cinglar's ToGo pay as you go time cards.

In order to register and begin service with Cingular using the ToGo cards, should I buy the Cingular Starter Kit for ToGo phones or is just the SmartChip enough? Both are available for purchase on eBay.

If just the SmartChip is enough, is there a particular one needed for use with ToGo phones?
