Can anyone tell me what NT-SPTI is, or what it stands for?

That's XP's aspi. Nero also has it's own but if your running XP it's uses xp's interface.

Thanks. I am working on an error log from Nero, as a tutorial for people to better understand them, so there are a few things i don't understand and appreciate feedback/answers, thanks.

Here's guide from Nero that's somewhat useful on how to read their logs:
