make these few settings
settings/encoding/target size/custom,enter 4300mb
settings/burning/set speed to x 4
,load the AVI in,
put a dvd in the drive,and click convert
in approx an hour,if you have average pc spec's,you'll have a film burnt onto a dvd disk that you can play on a standalone dvd player
Also some programs like Nero can trancode the files in a format that can be read by any standard DVD player or PS2.

how you manage that?
its impossible without using the ps2 media player,and even that sucks,and doesnt work most of the time
as far as i know AVI files cannot be played on the ps2
if you have done,please show me how,as it would save me a lot of time :)
