Have you tried to re-burn it onto a new disk.
Also make sure the media is good quality, and burnt slowly.

ill try that and see if it works and are maxell dvd+rs that is made in taiwan good media and should i burn it at 1x and should i also rebuild it

I'd suggest something like Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim or Ritek DVD-R (NOT DVD+R). I am pretty sure you don't need to rebuild the game
