I'm thinking of purchasing the ImTOO Ripper Pack Platinum and I just wanted to see if anyone knows if this is a good program or not.

I downloaded the trial version but I'm having problems with it. The trial version only lets you convert a mpeg, avi, mpg for a 30 minute period which is fine with me. I followed the directions to the letter and it still won't burn to the DVD.

When you open the DVD Creator in the bottom left hand corner you should be able to see your current recorder and I don't for some reason. When I load a movie and click the burn button ( red button ), it opens up a box saying that the system didn't find a DVD-RW Drive. Can anyone help

A better choice would be CloneDVD2 and AnyDVD from SlySoft.

http://www.slysoft.com/en/

Both have a 21 day free trial.

Used in conjunction with each other, they are the best and easist to use.

What are your desired results? Are you just backing up a DVD or do you wish to convert it to a different format? Are you downloading files that need converting to DVD format?

I'm downloading files/movies that I would like to convert into DVD format so that I can play the files/movies on my DVD player.
