Audio out of sync problem

so far with two games i have got when i play them the audio is a few seconds out of sync with the video..

this is happening on prince of persia two thrones and kingdom hearts two..

could it be because the HD i bought has only 2mb buffer an not 8mb?

or is there a way to fix this?

give some information on how your burned them.
What program did you use?
What Brand and speed was the media (TDK 8X DVD-R)
what speed did you burn them at?
Have you mad a lot of others that do work, and was it on the same media?

sorry should of been more specific..

im using hdloader and a HDD

im not using a cd/dvd...

winning eleven 10 seems to work fine an totally in sync al-beit the game play seems a bit slower..

also it only seems to be on the cut-scenes, not on the actual game play... footstep noises e.t.c in game are fine..
