I just read forum about senior member giving advise to someone about booktype there benq driver. What is booktype as they said there quality of backups are high 90%

Booktyping should have nothing to do with quality scores. The booktyping is a way of writing to your disc in such a way that your stand alone player thinks that it is reading a DVD-ROM. You can only booktype with DVD+R media and your drive has to be able to booktype.
