hello!
i live in england, and im getting married next month in las vegas(the usa one), where i will be getting a dvd of the ceremony.

the problem is that im fairly sure they wont be able to provide me with an english format dvd, so i need to be able to convert from the american region to the english region, and i believe this means i will also have to convert from ntsc to pal.

if no-one knows of a way to do this maybe someone knows of a professional service that will be able to do this?

sorry if this is covered somewhere else but i tried searching, and couldnt find anything, so if you know of a thread that has this info in it a link would be nice(or a phrase i should search for would help!)

If a professional is providing this video service for you, they can probably make your copy in PAL format or even region free. I'd ask them if they could do that for you.

I have an oppertunity to buy a favorite movie, but it's in PAL format. I need it in NTSC. I have AnyDVD, CloneDVD and DVDfab Platinum. Please help.

Region will affect the playback of the movie, so you will need to make it region free. It isn't a software format but rather the frame rate that makes PAL different from NTSC.
