If Nero can't see your drives, go to the Nero web site and download the latest update. That will include the required drivers for the latest drives.

You didnt say what version of Nero you are using. I found your exact problem listed in a Nero 7 update:
Quote:
Nero did not detect any CD/DVD device if 3 or more devices are connected, but the virtual ?Image Recorder? only
That came off this page:
http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero_Express_7_Release_Notes.html
So an update of your Nero might fix that problem. If that doesnt fix it, post the burn log and we can see if you are having some other conflict.

Nero 6 history log location: Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt

Nero 7 history log location: Program Files>Nero>Nero 7>Core>NeroHistory.txt

These things record all burns, and we only need the last one. The burns are seperated by something like this:
Quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
====== *** NeroAPI, History File *** ======

Windows XP 5.1
IA32-xxxx-xxxx-
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
that was from a Nero 6 log, but 7 looks much like that. Underneath the divider is the operating system, and right below that is the begining of the serial number. When posting a log, just include the last burn log, and be sure to edit out your serial numbers by typing xxxx over them, or deleting them before posting to the forum.
