i downloaded a tv show series with ares but i dont know at all how to burn these files. they are not avi or mpeg. i tried using nero but i just cant make it work please provide steps

ConvertXToDvd by VSO..... you can download the trial version and see if it works.... free version leaves the VSO logo on there but if it works then you know what to do!
