hi guys, i want to hack the firmware of my liteon becouse i want to burn at the speed of 2x. the problem is that this drive start burning at 4x and its not ok for my gamecube iso. pls help me hacking the firmware

no replies as you're in the wrong forum, i've teleported to relevant forum. This burners' firmware is a little odd, Liteon have some missing speeds in the firmware, so if you want to gain required burn speeds you'll need to use something like omnipatcher to tweak the firmware for the relevant media you're using; have a look here for info - http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/266706
