my ipod version 1.1, some times videio no sound . when i converting video my computer hanging.plz help

Try downgrading your firmware to version 1.0, which is a lot more stable. By far the easiest way to execute this would be to download the v1.0 firmware from here;

And then simply restore your iPod using this Updater..
