You can do either or both of the following:

1/ set up your water cooling system outside of the pc (e.g. in the garage) for 24 hours on sheets of newspaper. If there are any leaks, you'll see a nice wet patch on the newspaper. Only after the test (and fixing any leaks + redoing the test) should you put it in your pc.

2/ use 'Fluid XP+' - google search for websites that carry it. It is a non-conductive coolant but it is a little expensive at around US$50.00 but it is worth it.

Main PC specs: AMD-XP 1900+; SOYO KT400 Dragon Lite mobo; 1.5Gb PC2100 RAM; ATI Radeon 9500 Pro; 80Gb Seagate HDD; 60Gb Maxtor HDD; Lite-On COMBO SOHC-5236K; Lite-On DVDRW SOHW-1673S
