I'm planning on putting 2 of my Lost series Episodes onto DVD with subtitles so that I can watch them on my dvd player. I was using this: http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/convert_avi_to_dvd_page_2.cfm but I thought that if it was 2 CD's, I could join them together but then when I go about adding the subs to the DVD, the second CD will most likely be out of sync.

Can anyone help a lending hand?

Sorry, couldn't find how to edit it.

Just to update my message:

The AVI files are around 350MB's per file, and I have .srt subtitles included with them.
