My dvd collection is starting to get out of hand so I want to start storing them on the hard drive of my HTPC that I am building for easier playback. What program and format is everyone using for movie storage maintaining the highest quality of playback? Basically, I want to be able to rip a dvd to my hard drive and be able to pull it up and play it just like the dvd was in the player. Thanks for any help!

Try DVD Shrink, create an ISO of about 4.3 gigs and make a folder full of all your DVD's.
