Hi

I'm new here and I would appreciate some help with a problem I'm having on my Windows XP computer. (I also use a mac mini).

Since I'm new, I hope to be forgiven if this is not posted in the appropriate forum.

I am trying to uninstall Easy Media Creator 8.0 but every time I do that, I have no more optical drives when I reboot - meaning Windows XP do not recognize my DVD burner nor my DVD-ROM drive, anymore. As soon as I restore from an Acronis back up, both drives (and EMC 8.0) are back.

I would love to uninstall version 8.0 and reinstall version 6.0 but apparently this is an impossible task on my machine.

In the immortal words of John Lennon, "HELP, I need somebody".
