I notice more and more on azureus that i get these torrents that connect me to like 300 users. All of them say "fully established" But i only seem to DL from about 10 of them then i get the ones that go from like 0b/s to 500b/s a sec and thats it.. im assuming the users are online or i wouldnt be connected. is there any way to make them Give me some bandwidth and stop uploading from me only. i prefer to only upload to people who are doing the same ya know?

ive downloaded 120gigs and still have above 0.9 ratio.

Just seems like we all could get alot better speeds if more people actualy seed or dont download with a fucking max of .000005 lol...... anyone know a way i can fix this?
