I generally like more serious RPGs but a little comedy never hurt anybody. Some of my ideas were..
Final Fantasy Tactics, Disgaea, La Pucelle, Phantom Brave, or Suikoden Tactics. Certainly not Final Fantasy Tactics Advance though. Where would be a good place to start? What's your favorite? Any advice is appreciated.

Hmmm! To be honest I'd put Dragon Quest VIII above all them.

Completed it!
Loved it!
Moved on!

But hell thats defiately the best RPG to have come out in the last couple of years.

..Sorry I was tlaking about Strategy RPGs, you know the ones based on grids? Like the ones I listed. I've completed a hundred normal RPGs was looking for something different. Thanks still.

Er if you haven't played FFT, you are missing out. FFTA is great also, just in a diffrent way.

My all time favourite however is Tactics Ogre...PSX or Snes version, doesn't matter. Atlus are amazing, anything they touch turns to SRPG gold. I also recommend Disgeae

The best thing about SRPG's is they are usually tiny, if you like to DL your games, you can grab all of those quickly and try them all out.

I@v just never been into the whole move one space miss a go thing but Disgaea extremely small in file size and looks like a decent game.

yeah, i havent heard of any of those games except FFT very good game. and for FFTA you need a rom\emu PM me. and im sure that Suikoden tactics should be alright too..i played Suikoden 3 and relle liked it.
