it lets you build an iso back up if you had to rebuild the original.

lets you re-add neccessary volume information for the disc to be recognized by ps2 and work.


my question however.... is was this program originally used by game developers to assemble the games to be burned? becuase the readme looks like its for internal sony employees or somthing?
