I just got my Verbatim 8x and burned it at 4x, the file game is 4.28gb. Everthing went smoothly until i put it in my PS2 v9(BOOT-SWAP MAGIC 3.6 DVD)the good thing is that the Gauntlet Seven Sorrows sign appears and then begins to load but that's when the loadin takes forever, it never stops, I can't even get to play the back up game.

Can somone please tell me whats the problem*************

You could try to rebuild the image if you havn't already. I recommend Gnie's expert tool, it is a lot easier than the other methods out there in my opinion.

But leaves many images corrupt. I reccoment doing it manually. Read the - Games stuttering and skipping or just not booting up?
link in my signature.

The game actually has false LBA it's really only 1.1GB when rebuilt...

It runs fine using HDLOADER

I rebuilt it just like this

Instructions to Gnie's Tool ExPERT From Paddymail:
Gnie's Rebuild tool is the easiest way
http://rapidshare.de/files/13397172/ExPERT_v1.03.rar.html
Here's how to use it.. it might not work for all games though.

Open the program.

1. Select the Shrinker_ps2_psp_CdDvd5_iso.epi on the plugins drop down list.
2. Select the iso you want to rebuild.
3. Click extract LBA.
4. Click extract file and wait for it to finish.
5. Click rebuild file and wait for it to finish.
6. Click rebuild LBA.
7. Burn the new iso with Nero or DVD Decrypter as usual

I finally rebuilt and burned mine and it works 100%, use the rebuild guide on this site, (i used genies iml2iso instead) but change the lba of the first file in Layout to one less than the next file (thats what i did on a guess and it worked) hope this helps

Yeah, I think it's much better to do it manually, it has a better chance of working that way.
