Hard drive structure of Zen Sleek / Zen Photo 20gb

I was wondering if anyone knows how the hard drive structure on a Zen Sleek / Zen Photo 20gb works. I highly dislike the iPod method of throwing songs in seemingly random places that only orginize with the iPod itself or a computer program. In other words, I want to be able to orginize my own music on my computer (ie with Windows Explorer) with folders that are accesible on the device and then create certain playlists at my will. Certain devices like the Archos video players can operate like this, having "browse hard disk" option on the device. If the Zen Sleek is as lame as the iPod, could anyone recomend an mp3 player that allows this kind of control and operation. Any help would be great, thanx!
