Hay does anyone know why winning eleven 10 doesnt have online play?

also i realsied that if you play the game in pal... its a lot slower.. and also the video skips but if you play it on normal.. then its fine and the game play is also alot faster

Konami decided to remove it.

Games in PAL are always slower because they run at 50Hz & they're not full screen. NTSC & NTSC/J games run at 60Hz full screen.

Personally I play all my games in 60Hz mode if at all possible. That combined with an HDTV makes games run that little bit faster.
