Quick question about video cards and input

I was wondering if they made video cards that take A/V input and display on the computer's monitor. I want to hook my Playstation up to my computer to use the monitor essentially as a TV, and I know they make VGA boxes for that, but it would be easier for me if they made a video card that can do that. Thanks in advance for the help.
