i recently let my friend borrow my modded xbox and when he returned it, it was not working, come to figure out somehow he messed up my xapt3r solderless adapter. My question is, if i buy a new solderless adapter and install it will i have to reflash the bios on my modchip. I have the xecuter 3ce modchip.

Are you sure the adapter is broken? Have you checked all the points with a multimeter? or maybe re-aligned it?


Also have you spoke with your 'friend' about what he actually did to your system?
