Hey has anyone had a problem with their GR3 backup? After mine starts up, prompts for a language, shows the opening video, shows the loading screen, it makes this buzz-like sound and goes back to the language prompt. So I selected it again, and the same thing happens everytime. I think this may have happened with another game, but just the buzz-like sound, though I can't remember the name. Anyone have an idea?

It's probably the media you are using. Look at the - Games stuttering and skipping or just not booting up at all?
link in my signature.

Hey ace1uk, I didn't notice that earlier. And if you look in my sig, you will find out my method of booting backups! I'm using a DMS4 Pro w/ ToxicOS 0.4!
And Mik3h, I'm using Taiyo Yuden DVD-R. The media code is: TYG01
BTW I'm going to try GR3 on my HDD and see how that goes. I'll update later with results.

Mine did the same thing. Select English, reboot back to the language screen. I didn't get any weird noises and I used DVD Decryptor with Sony DVD-R's 16x burned at 4x. I also have a slimline ps2 and swap magic 3.6. I rebuilt the game, patched the DNAS and it worked fine. Hope this info helps.
