I am unable to add video files using the button feature. The only way I can start a project is by clicking and dragging the file manually. Anyone know why Nero won't open any of my documents or why it didn't log any of my files into its memory?

You need to be a little more specific about which utility you are using. If you are referring to Nero Burning ROM, you can right click in the window to add files, or hit CTRL+D.

If you are referring to NeroVision, that is a little tricky in that if you select the add files button you should get a little window with the options to browse, or browse and add, which you have to select.

I'm using Nero vision and I do get the little window, but I can't select any titles from there. I can't see any of my videos. Is there some trick to this? Thanks for your reply.

For some reason Nero won't open my hard drive to access my folders.

There are 2 places you can add video to NeroVision. One is in the edit timeline, where each file will be added to the same title. That is where the little window is to click on browse then add files normally. Make sure here the mouseover message does not cover up the actual selection window. The other is on the Content Window that comes up if you start NeroVision by "Making a DVD Video". Video files you place there will each be a title. You can right click on each title to edit. Getting from one window to another can be a little confusing, you just have to get used to it.
